Of all the times I have rented a u haul, this is the first time I ever had a complaint. The brakes were cluncking. I know it a customer's responsibility for the gas.. but in minus 15 and the gas was just under a quarter of a tank making it hard for it to start. I book all my vehicles on line so I dont have to wait .. I still had stand there for another half hour . I will never go back to the spot to rent another vehicle

Made ton wait for every other customer before dealing with me even though I was there first. As if my time was less important.
