The original location I went to didn't provide a lock on the back of the truck for the key and the business wasn't open which was extremely frustrating. The location I picked up the truck, service was very nice but the truck itself, the ramp was full of hardened ice making it impossible to load heavy pieces of furniture on as we had zero grip and very unsafe. Took forever to get the ice off. The weather was -18 Will not go back to either location and will definitely look for another truck to rent if needed to move again

Great customer service
Maulik AOf all the times I have rented a u haul, this is the first time I ever had a complaint. The brakes were cluncking. I know it a customer's responsibility for the gas.. but in minus 15 and the gas was just under a quarter of a tank making it hard for it to start. I book all my vehicles on line so I dont have to wait .. I still had stand there for another half hour . I will never go back to the spot to rent another vehicle
