Jermaine SIt would be difficult for me to overstate the character of the folks running TB Enterprise in Phenix City. Today prior to my scheduled equipment pick up, U-Haul changed my pick up location, not once, but twice. I didn’t notice this until after business hours and I was convinced that it was going to negatively impact my move. Fortunately, the crew at TB enterprise took my call well after close of business, and accommodated me by opening their doors an hour earlier so that I could complete my equipment pick up in time to meet the movers I hired to assist with removing my household goods from storage. Further, the staff open their doors to me on a Sunday, when they would otherwise be closed. I just completed my move and had it not in for them, it would have been a lot more challenging and frustrating. I am extremely grateful to them and they will have my business when I eventually return to the area. Anyone departing the Fort Benning area would be doing themselves a service by doing business with this very special group of people. They have earned my highest recommendation.
