Keith M.When I arrived at the drop off location, Philadelphia Gun & Pawn in Philadelphia, MS they told me I could not drop the truck off there because they were no longer associated with uhaul and had not been for a month. I was tired from unloading the truck and traveling from north Mississippi and this made me even more unsatisfied. After calling uhaul again, waiting on hold to talk to an agent I was given a second location to take the truck. I drove the truck to the second location and dropped it off. Never received a signed copy of the contract due to the fact that the agent was unable to pull it up on his computer. Incomitance.
