The check in experience was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. They communicated honestly about why they didn’t have the van I reserved due to a previous renter not returning it on time. The truck I received was clean but had a bad smell. I’d recommend masking smells with some light fragrance (nothing too strong but just enough to mask bad smells like a couple of drops of peppermint oil on a cotton ball). The truck also ended up having a bad / dead alternator so the new battery in it was always dead. Not a fault of the rental location but of the vehicle. The staff was very apologetic when I returned the truck and told them about my experience having to jump the truck every time I wanted to start it. I’d come back to this location again.

Benjamin BI’m assuming you’re talking about the Uhaul located on N. 13th St.? If that the case you should fire the manager who took my reservation Friday for a pickup Sat morning, and after being dropped off I was told they had no trucks!
