With all of the rentals that uhaul does How can they not have a mileage log for each vehicle "How is that possible???)Granted i picked up truck and didnt check mileage until i brought it back but on my invoice 74000 On the truck 46000 mi according to this Uhaul owes me $33,600.00 How can there be a a 30,000+ mileage difference Smh

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Your website, on the other hand, couldn't find my location and wouldn't let me return the truck. Thankfully the staff was still at the dropoff site (after hours) and helped me.

The service representative was great. Very professional and helped clear up a question about my bill a few days later also when I called. The only negative was that there were empty soda cans left in the truck from the previous renter.

This company charged my card triple the amount than what my reservation was. I will not be returning to this location. Then never got a phone call back regarding my situation. So if I don’t get it fixed I will be snapping on somebody at the store.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They essentially blamed me for their technology not working and refused to answer my question about how much additional mileage would cost. The conversation felt hostile. Staff did not walk me through the vehicle to make sure that I knew how to operate it and felt safe.

The employee was not friendly or helpful in preparing our truck. She gave the keys and pointed at the truck and ran back inside. She didn’t bother to check to make sure everything was working properly or explain any of the info that was stuck to the wall. I believe UHaul does not give any effort into customer service training.

This was the worst experience i have ever received. I will never rent another U-haul in the future. You have lost a consistent customer for terrible customer service. The truck was filthy and the gas gague or the condition of the truck was never verified by the associate and me as the customer. They claim that the gas was less when how can they even ascertain that info when they never inspected the truck at anytime while signing it out .I am looking for my refund of the gas portion that was mischarged. The first call approved it that I made and there has been no communication or refund with me for 2 in half months. I keep calling and no one responds. I now want a complete refund on everything. I am in the hotel business and customer service is very important to us and your customer service is very poor. My reservation was cancelled, and wasn’t given any explanation as to why. Although the young lady at the front desk did get me a truck from a person that had just returned one, but to have my reservation canceled with no notice was a problem. I arrived a few minutes past my pick up time because of traffic, & had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Smh.

It is always a pleasure to rent from Compass Self Storage at 1300 Belmont Ave. Whenever I rent from this location the customer service is impeccable! The staff are all very welcoming and personable. The two young ladies at the front desk are very precise and detailed with the information and instructions regarding the UHAUL rental process. This location has always made sure that the trucks are clean and ready to go with or without a reservation. If they do not have vehicles available they assist you in finding other locations that can accommodate your needs. I will definitely recommend Compass Self Storage to all of my family and friends.
