So much . Managers that care, and have the ability to look at individual customers and ensure satisfaction if vehicle fails. Basic intake and customer instruction unacceptable . Make sure the customer knows how vehicle operates i.e. Gas tank , check mileage w customer, what to do and who to call if a problem - communicate clearly. I have love Uhaul use many times on long trips out of country. I was within city called immediately and was completely stranded . My transport plan with pick up and elevator personal completely flipped and cost me time and money . Minimal compensation or senses of concern . One excellent employee Benjamin should be promoted to office and management!

After returning I was sent a final invoice that stated I had not filled up the gas and was charged for a few gallons and a $30.00, even though I filled it past where it was when I got it. I called to dispute and was told that it was an "error" and I was refunded the fraudulent charge. I appreciate them making things right, but I shouldn't have had to call and spend my time fixing this situation in the first place. I am thinking they do this and hope you don't notice. Be careful

I rented on 3/31, drove for 5 miles and put 1 Gallon gas and returned. They were busy at the counter, so they took the keys and told them I put the gas more than when I picked up and said they would send an email confirmation. I went out and took the pictures of the truck but did not take Gas meter picture. I got charged for $30 for returning empty and another $12 for gas. This was Not expected and I was shocked. I had used credit card and had that receipt. When I called the store they said I returned 1/8 of the tank when Filled to more than 1/4 of the tank. Finally I had to talk to the manager, he looked at the truck and agreed to credit. This was unexpected from nationwide UHAUL company. Investigate and teach them to be truthful with great Integrity. Train them not to deceive customers and cause untrustworthiness about UHAUL.

A map with routes where a truck can't use! I used google maps to move out of the city but the route had signals avoiding use that street. It would be great to have a map and know in advance which routes should I avoid while planning my route. Other than that, I had a great experience.

The cargo vans don't have enough leg room for people who are 6'0. That's all I would have to say about this service. Other than that..I acomplished everything I needed to do with the can.

the truck was dirty. The inside was clean but the windshield was dirty and made driving difficult to see passed the dirtiness. the location was shady and i was harassed by the local bums that live down the alley right next door.

It was very easy. The only problem I had was I messed up the tolls on the turnpike. If the cars had EZ pass built in that would just go onto your Uhaul bill that would have been amazing! thanks.

Absolutely horrible. Almost every piece of information on my bill was incorrect based on my actual contract, resulting in me being charged almost double what I should have. Time returned was wrong, was charged for 2 days when I only rented for one day, and returned within proper timeframe; was charged for extra insurance when I only agreed to the basic insurance; was charged for dolly and pad rental when I was supposed to be given an offer of $10 for both. When I called the phone number on my receipt to inform about the discrepancies, there was no sense of urgency. I was simply told "someone will call you back. What an absolute disgrace. I plan to tell every single person I know about this experience, as well as submit online reviews.

Dont make automatic appointments with a do not reply email. And refer me to the location in my own zip code or else ask me to approve the new location. In other words, IMPROVE YOUR COMMUNICATION!

The trucks battery died. The ETA for roadside asstestance through Uhaul was 60min. I hired movers this would mean I'd have to pay them at least for an additional hour. Luckily, I found jumper cables but this still set me back an hour and I had to pay the movers an additional $100.

I was not given the key to unlock the back of the truck to load all of my stuff. Back at my apartment I could not get in contact with anyone and had to drive all the way back to the store to pick up the lock. I was told that it was my fault for not checking the truck for the lock which was extremely rude. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
