I was sent to a wrong location to pic up truck, I called that morning to get address of where to go to make sure of location. Was not a good experience especially the locations with uhaul in the Philadelphia area. I had already driven 5 hrs to get the truck. No compensation was given for the unconvince that was caused.

This has been such a TERRIBLE experience. Uhaul made TWO reservations when I did it online. A time I didn't choose. Then the drop off location claimed I didn't return the truck and was harassing me calling me to drop it off or I would be charged a late fee. I was transferred to SEVERAL different uhaul reps, none who could actually help me. I returned the truck the same day I picked it up. This was the worst experience and I definitely will not be using Uhaul again. I want my money back.

My only complain was that the back of the cargo van was a bit dirty but overall it was a great experience. I reserved the van online and when I went to pick it up I just had to sign the contract and show my license to get the keys.

My reservation was at 9:00am and you rescheduled it for 3:00pm with no notice I got a text at 8:59ak saying it was changed and that was it. Horrible Sistine service

For A Reservation That Was Made 7 Days In Advance = And For This Location Too Attempt Too Contact Me On The Same Day Of My Reservation At 6:34AM (I Am Sleep Trying Too Gather Energy Too Complete The Event Of That Day = Let Alone The Van Was Reserved For Two Consecutive Days) Too Advise Me They Changed The Pick-Up Location (WithOut And EarthQuake, Fire And/Or Some Other Major Emergency In That Location). After I Done Committed So Much Of My Plans Around That Location And Van Rental = I Am Only One Person I Can Not Change On All My Subsequent Processes As Fluently As U-Haul With A Small Army Of Personnel Too Work With. And Part Of The $50.00 Guarantee Is Location And Not Offer And/Or Provide That For The Inconvenience Of Added Travel Too The New Pick-Up Site = Not Counting The Added Cost Involved Per Mile Because Now The Changed Site Requires In My Case For Me Too Travel Back Too The Original Site Just Too Pick-Up What I Have Stored Their And U-Haul Rent's That Van By The Mile Also = It Was Not Nice Of That Site (Even Though One Of The Employee's There Said Too Me = When I Asked Why Do U-Haul Do That = He Said "It is a programming error they program more equipment than we have.) = However U-Haul Corporate Central Customer Service Call Center Represented (Too Me At That Time) By Ms. Patt Whose Got A Hold Of The Travel Department And/Or Dispatcher And Found What Could Have Been That Same Van Reserved For Me Days Ago A Little Dusty But In Perfect Working Order = And I Got My Job Done With Virtually No Other Problems From U-Haul = THANKS = However That Site Bit Me Just A Little Bit And I Been A Storage Customer Of That Site Almost 20 Years With Out Any Violations, Complaints And/Or Write-Ups (That Site Is Under New Management = But Other Than That = Good)

Difficult to find. Not clear where to drop off the Uhaul. I had to stop in traffic to go into the store to ask where I needed to drop off the truck. Signs indicating drop off would have been appreciated.

Check in was easy and reasonably quick given how busy it was. The truck was clean and ready to go and return was very easy and everything was recorded and deducted correctly. I would definitely recommend this Uhaul location!
