Make sure the vehicle is clean and not have broken glass and left over belongings from a previous customer. Stop overcharging as well.

Cory MThe truck was filthy with dried mud and dirt all over the floor and the console was covered in soot. The check in person was nice but did not instruct me properly regarding the return process which resulted in me being charged for 2 days although I returned the vehicle in 5 hours. Additionally, I was charged for insurance without being asked whether or not I wanted it.
VERONICA JInside cab was dirty, wrong marking on gas gauge which required several calls to customer service to avoid paying for gas during truck return. Check engine light was on as well
