Not sure how to rate this drop off location. When you click on the truck return on the app it says to pull into a parking lot. Not being from the area, it's on a busy two way street. It's a repair shop of some sort (maybe cell phones?) with a sign in the window that says U-Haul. Otherwise you would not know and drive by like we did. Was easy to return. Gentleman was friendly and just said to park it anywhere out there and just bring in the keys. We did and off we went. After I left, I did the manual drop off on the app to be sure it got checked back in. It was a good day for renting a truck for the first time.
Anthony CThis location can improve first by asking customer do they want to opt in for “ Safemove “, breaking down the charges, and providing clean vehicles. Everytime I come here, the vehicles are dirty and they never ask do I want SafeMove or not. I only keep going here because this location is more convenient for me.
