Low quality customer service, and the area is a low-income area along with tight spaces. There's no parking lot and everything is done on the street.

SHANTIH BThe staff were not transparent or helpful. Basically ignored me unless I addressed them in a stern manner. They guy who took my uhaul order tried to charge me 1.89 a mile for mileage instead of 1.39. I had to show him my account. He said that online customer service changed the rate and that he would change it to1.39.The vehicle was dirty when I got it. I cleaned it before bringing it back. The gas gauge was 1/8. The store said it was 1/4. My contract was emailed to me the next day. My phone was not magnifying, so I couldn't see the charges. I asked for a printout at the store and they replied, they have no printer. I will not rent a U-Haul at this location again.
