I know this is probably a corporate level thing, but the vehicles should be FULL of gas when someone picks them up. I wasted a LOT of money because I didn't know how much gas to put in it for our initial trip. I ended up turning it in with more gas than I needed but I have no way of getting reimbursed for that and Uhaul comes out on top. I will NOT be recommending ANY Uhauls rentals to friends for this single reason.
