Thoroughly inspect vehicles that are expected to drive long distance. Don't rely on U-Haul to check the entire tire thickness and threading. You must Check it yourself!
Chrystal DIt took 45 minutes to get the uhaul due to issues with other people at the gas station and trying to fill out all of the paperwork on his phone there. I think asking for 3 different backup contacts is insane and it took forever and was awkward when others were waiting in line. The uhauls were in such a tight area we could barely get in the truck and it was impossible to get photos
