Convenient location. Helpful and friendly staff. Can’t say enough good. My only complaint is that I ordered and paid for a half dozen blankets for our mini move and there were only 5 in the bag.

MARK CThe requirement to drop off the key in the Dropbox 24 hours is great, but I would keep it only at that instead of having customers try to access U-Haul.com prior to dropping off the keys. We felt unsafe in the back of the building at midnight trying to logon to the website. Other than that, great service!
