Vehicles are decent but not especially clean or in the best condition when rented out. Dirty windows, low windshield washer fluid, missing hubcaps make nearly new (or at least very low mileage) vans seem older than they are. The staff however are excellent and the overall experience very positive.

David WThe toughest part of the pick up was getting both the primary and additional driver Drivers Licenses into the system. I tried to do it online before picking the truck up but only one drivers license was showing up so the other drivers license had to be entered in the system at pickup time. Otherwise the pick up was smooth and easy.
Cathy MAlways easy and convenient with Barry's Ace Hardware. The only less than perfect aspect was that the van was kind of grungy the last time I rented. Otherwise it was a perfect experience.
