Was called by a uhaul rep attempting to change my drop off, was lied to as she stated that the location wasn't accepting drop off. When I explained that my plans included the specific dropoff location due to walking proximity to my new home, suddenly it wasn't an issue. I won't be using Uhaul again after this experience. Uhaul lied about the availability at the location I selected, cost me extra time, and attempted to lie to me again mere hours before dropoff.
