Upon checking out the printer didn't work and I could not read all the initial numbers. They handed me keys and did not verify gas or mileage. The gas line was less then they wrote down. When I turned in truck after hours, they charged me for 68 miles when I only went 25 miles like I estimated on pre pay. I called and said I wanted to see truck to make sure they had the correct info on my truck since gas was wrong & mileage was Way wrong. He said there were no records, I couldn't see truck and there was nothing he could do, only Uhaul company could look into why the odometer was off. I want to see truck to make sure it is the correct truck on my invoice that was wrong. They said Uhaul would be contacting me. Please do, I need to get this resolved. Miguel was the CSR that took my order and was there when I returned the unit. He lacking any display of friendliness when I was completing the contract.I had to unhook the trailer from my truck. This wasn't easy with the tongue wait of the 12ft. He never even inspected the trailer to make sure I didn't damage it. He couldn't be bothered to say thank you for my business. I will not rent from that location again

Don't tell the customer if they rent the truck an extra day it will be 40 dollars and then not return the 40 dollars if the truck is not used for the 2nd day. May seek legal action about this situation.
