Everyone was super helpful. We realized after the fact that we had reserved a truck that was way too big and were worried that changing the size at the last minute would be a problem, but the employees took care of it really quickly.

Your nighttime drop off app sucks if you have an iPhone XR so I had to spend 30 minutes and call your customer service reps at 11:30 PM. Linda was very helpful on the phone and got me taken care of. And then Sunday, July 21 I get a phone call from the U-Haul location asked me if I return the trailer because they didn’t find it on the lot right where I dropped it. So apparently your people need more training with going to look for things that were checked back in via your Internet app which is horrible

The lady we picked the trailer up from was very cocky, she acted like she knew everything but then when a problem arose she blamed the computer system. Then when she said they couldn’t find a drop off location that I provided she said a representative will call us to determine one while we were on the road instead of just trying to find out the problem

No customer parking - have to utilize the offices behind complex that are uncovered and unmarked - very few. Then you find your vehicle, and have to walk back to the office to get the key, then walk back to the vehicle. 7 employees watched me walk back and forth - only 1 young male offered to help. 100+ degrees - unacceptable at ANY temperature

i took the truck half tank full of gas and when i return i tried to fil it half but the gauge not working properly so iam ending filling the truck full tank and the location could not do anything to reimburase me i fill about $80

I reserved the truck from 7:00 to 3:00 and when I asked about what if I needed to keep it longer, the employee said I just needed to call and let them know. I asked what time they closed and was told 7:00. I called at 2:00 to say I needed to keep truck longer, and I was told by a different employee that there was a reservation on that truck for 6:00 p.m. So I needed to bring it back sooner than anticipated, which was an inconvenience.
