Excellent Management. Staff always helpful. Security of everything is at top of staff concerns. Moving out was easy. Carts to move items were plentiful and loading dock made transfer of household items to moving vehicle was easy. But top of everything was the management and staff.

Deborah M | Overall ExperienceI really enjoyed the staff at Cave Creek. Most of experience is from where vehicle and trailer came from. From a truck box being sticky everywhere where I have to scrub it to be able to put my belongings in, to a trailer that had not 1 but 2 bald inside shoulders. One causing me an extra stop, finding a truck stop and being able to make it there. The vehicle was shaking so bad it scratched my TV (thankfully the back) broke my sports collection mirror, and a 2 hour delay. Then to pay full price for a 15x10 that was available then wasn't. So now paying full price for a 10x10 and a 5x10 which I understand the assistance but now I have 2 units across from eachother amd my stuff isnt together... I honestly feel like i shouldn't even have to pay for the rentals this time. Worst experience in my 18 years of use. Staff at Cave Creek are super friendly and professional thankfully. But not a good experience overall with rental. Please fix this.... prefer to use you
