Location didn't have the furniture dolly we reserved, and took over 30 minutes to go get one from the U-haul location my initial reservation was changed from Trucks were parked so close together it was impossible to get pictures of the passenger side.

The pick up process was incredibly difficult. It took almost an hour with multiple phone calls the complete the and we were late to our appointment. Rob was super nice and a great help but even he had to call a manager multiple times kind of a crappy experience.

Jacob CPeople that aren't interested in smoking marijuana may not like this location. The establishment sells glass pipes, bongs, and other items used to smoke marijuana. This location had/has no boxes. I ordered boxes and other items when making my reservation, but they were not provided when I picked up the truck.
