It's run by a smoke shop. The guy didn't know anything and you had to use the app for everything. It didn't have all of the accessories we had ordered and had to go to another U-Haul location AFTER I picked up the truck to get the accessories.

No ramp
Peter LThere is a physical U-haul location 2 miles away that I had to drive by to get to this pick up location and they seemed to have many 10' trucks. This location and area doesn't seem to be safe, and the shop itself is a smoke shop full of smoking paraphernalia. This is such a strange place to facilitate moving truck rentals.
Chris CU haul made my trip from AZ to CO hell from misquoting prices from my moving truck and storage unit. I would never ever use them again.
