The $100 minimum deposits is a stupid ridiculous policy. We should just be charged for what we use or need. I wasn’t planning on $100 to be paid, I only used like $36. Now I have to wait for my money to return

KINSEY CWhen I called the main uhaul customer service number the customer service was horrible they didn’t know what they were talking about, I got transferred several times by different people to a line that would instantly hang up, the representatives really did not help at all. Once I got to my pick up location which was Shed Gal PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I mean from start to finish.
