I was overcharged nearly $100. I have no idea why and was not given any explanation. I’ll never use U-Haul again. The person there would not allow me to be present when I checked in the truck. No explanation was given for additional charges.

Jesse AI reserved the u-haul for the location in Mckinney, TX on University/380. After calling to tell me there was no trailers available at the location I chose, I was sent to the Fina Mart in Mckinney. This location was very dirty and unsafe. U-Haul should not allow this as a company.
Mikayla DThe company was having computer system issues and it took longer, but the owner Alon was so friendly and professional.
