I reserved the u-haul for the location in Mckinney, TX on University/380. After calling to tell me there was no trailers available at the location I chose, I was sent to the Fina Mart in Mckinney. This location was very dirty and unsafe. U-Haul should not allow this as a company.

The guy working the location seemed to have trouble figuring out the process, despite the fact that I had provided all required information when making the reservation. In addition, the windshield of the truck was filthy. We spent 30 minutes waiting to get the truck and another 15 minutes cleaning the windshield. This was precious time on moving day!
