The rear sliding door was left unlocked so the dolly i requested must’ve gotten stolen. Maybe make it a requirement to lock them so no one can easily access the sliding rear door.

Excellent service I 100% recommend them
MARYOVIS TI was giving a truck that was all dirty inside and had no gas . later they did give me another truck clean from the inside and had gas better. But cashier did not note that I was taking the another truck and plus I told her i needed only 2 hours and she gave me 3 . I was back by a hour in 30 mins . would definitely not recommend this location
SALVADOR GI had horrible experience with the employee at the arco gas I think I’m being double charged . I told her I had Al ready had on the app she insisted I do it on her computer , she said it had to be done on her computer also .. so some how I’m also charged for the one I did on the app .. that I didn’t use .. can you reimburse me please .. I dint not use the truck I used the app with ..
GLORIA MThe representative had very little experience with this matter and she was not well informed on how to do her job. Before she told me my total amount owed she asked for my credit card before explaining.e the details and total amount. Second and worst part was I asked her if I could return the U-haul to any other location that would be closer to me and she said I could. When it was time for me to return the U-haul I went to the closest one located to me and tried returning it and u was told I could not do that and had to drive all the way back to the location I rented it from. If she would of explained to me that I was supposed to return in to her store I would of known O was going to end up paying a lot more than what she explained to me I would. She told me it was 20 dollars for renting it and 60 dollars of deposit that were supposed to be returned to me at the time of returning the U-haul. I was told I would pay 90 total which was 60 deposit and the rest for the rental. I was very disappointed when I had to end up paying
