This is the second time I’ve used this location and both times they overcharged me. I’ve had to call the 800 number to get the matter resolved. Also each time I made a reservation online…and each time I got there my reservation had been cancelled. Then they tried to upcharge me for insurance and mileage. I had to argue the price with them. I will never go back to that location again…!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe experience was horrible. I got charged $300 more than what I was supposed to. I rented out the smallest truck that they had for less than an hour got charge for over 230 miles. I lost the hotel for my vacation I left to my vacation late, it’s been a very horrible experience. They did not want to help me. I called U-Haul to customer service agents hung up on me. Horrible all the way around will never get a U-Haul again.
Walfred PTruck was given with almost no gas , had to sweep out the back because it had trash and dirt .
CORY MExcellent service, equipment was clean and in great condition, the only thing is needed is parking for big rigs if possible.
Dwight BEasier access to rent out on application. It took me 25 min, if it wasn’t for the store’s cash register lady, I’d given up and gone somewhere else
