The reservation for the 26 foot I had booked was transfered from the original location to the one I rented from. The 26 foot at the new location was not available to me for my reserved pickup time and I was only given the option of renting the 16 footer. This ended up costing me more time and money thanks to having to take multiple trips.
Noah MIt took me almost an hour to get my rental when I returned it. I asked when I would get my deposit back and she said I don’t know it depends on your bank. I just didn’t get very much information. Didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.
