ROBERT RI rented the trailer but the pickup changed at the last minute so I had to travel longer to pick it up and return it so it cost me a extra day
RUSSELL FI picked up the vehicle an hour late - at noon. During our conversation, the clerk told me that I could keep the van later than the 6 hours I requested, because there was no pending reservation for the van after mine. I kept the vehicle for a total of 9 hours (way less than a day/24 hours), and returned it through the drop box at the rear of the ACE Hardware that evening. I put 78 miles on the van, but they charged me for 100 miles. Website: easy to use Clerk: friendly Billing: Approaching shady Overall take: very disappointed.
