My rental was supposed to be a 24/7, pick up from your phone rental. I went through the check in process but had to go in to get the key. They took forever figuring that out, and delayed my tasks. When I booked the truck for a few hours, the app offered a full-day rate instead, so I thought that meant I had the truck for a full 24 hours instead. So I kept it for other tasks. I received a call from the store, and I immediately apologized for my misunderstanding. The clerk was incredibly rude, berating me for “not reading the contract” and not understanding. So rather than drive the truck right back to rectify, I kept it even longer than I needed it just because he was a jerk.

The overall charge is a little more expensive then expected but affordable for what I needed.
BRADLEY CVehicles are decent but not especially clean or in the best condition when rented out. Dirty windows, low windshield washer fluid, missing hubcaps make nearly new (or at least very low mileage) vans seem older than they are. The staff however are excellent and the overall experience very positive.

David WThe toughest part of the pick up was getting both the primary and additional driver Drivers Licenses into the system. I tried to do it online before picking the truck up but only one drivers license was showing up so the other drivers license had to be entered in the system at pickup time. Otherwise the pick up was smooth and easy.
