I need a manager to call me, you guys not only charged me for 100 miles which I did not drive I was told when I picked up the haul that “there was going to be a MINIMUM charge/HOLD of 100 miles on my credit card” THIS CHARGE only supposed to be on hold not an actual “charge” WHEN I returned the U-HAUL They will make an adjustment/credit for the actual miles I drove which is 65 MILES!!!! I should be getting a refund not a 2nd charge!! Secondly, they charged me for 3 days I picked the U-HAUL ON Saturday around 1:00 pm, returned it NEXT DAY Sunday around 6:30 pm! Why they charged me for 3 days!!! I’m so livid furious you guys are a fraud!
