Reserved truck at one location only to be advised later U haul couldn't provide the truck at that location. The next closest location added eight miles to my distance, not that big of a deal. The Bethany Home Road location has no markings identifying it as a U haul location., not that big of a deal. The rep at this location was very polite and helpful, basically making up for the inconvenience imposed. Apparently, as Seinfeld once expressed, you know how to take a reservation, you just don't know how to hold a reservation. I generally use 19th Ave and W. Bell Rd. Maybe next time things will run smoothly.
