Lisa WLocation didn't have the furniture dolly we reserved, and took over 30 minutes to go get one from the U-haul location my initial reservation was changed from Trucks were parked so close together it was impossible to get pictures of the passenger side.
William MThe pick up process was incredibly difficult. It took almost an hour with multiple phone calls the complete the and we were late to our appointment. Rob was super nice and a great help but even he had to call a manager multiple times kind of a crappy experience.
