U-Haul switched the pickup location the day before I picked it up. I had to drive 45 minutes to get it..very poor

As a long time customer, I did not enjoy the responsibility of checking the truck back in on my own. I wasn't sure where to park and felt like I was blocking parking spots. Then had to take pictures and it was glitching so they wouldn't load. I really enjoyed previous locations with the interaction and support from staff. You should get a discount from locations without staff.
Caley NPlease inform the business owner of the process of self-check in. The employee attempted to take the truck keys, asked inappropriate questions, and delayed the day needlessly because he did not know how the customer side of the Uhaul rental worked.
STEPHANIE BIt was a gas station with a one truck parked there. I scheduled a pick 1 mile where the place had staff and 50 trucks.
Brian CNo help, it took nearly an hour to get the truck. I did the initial reservation on line and usually you go in they take you out look at the truck, sign and you're gone. I had to basically redo the whole thing again using the less than intuitive app on my phone. If I'm going to have to do an offsite pickup again I will go elsewhere to rent. There was only a gas station attendant who handed me a sheet of paper with phone numbers for uhaul support. Never again will I use that terrible app.
