It took me almost an hour to get my rental when I returned it. I asked when I would get my deposit back and she said I don’t know it depends on your bank. I just didn’t get very much information. Didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing.

Jimmie MI declined the safe move $15 charge at the time of reservation online. After I dropped the truck off at the location they added it to my final bill.
Clemente CThe rear sliding door was left unlocked so the dolly i requested must’ve gotten stolen. Maybe make it a requirement to lock them so no one can easily access the sliding rear door.
