They have not refunded my money after two weeks... they charge in advance for 100 miles in the city and they promised to refund the difference days later and this hasn't happened.
JOSE FMy only complaint or comment is that I was charged the fuel service charge when the gauge didn't even move I went 16 miles total I feel that being charged for the fuel service charge was excessive.
DAWN RVery professional and communicative. Great customer service and I would definitely rent again! Truck ran great and was very clean.
DESIREE MPaved entrance would be nice. Everything else was excellent 👌
