The truck was dirty and falling apart. Wasn’t washed, inside had water on the seat. Passenger door had to be shut extremely hard in order to close. Very late model vehicle. Reception put in wrong account information. And so emails were going to wrong person and transaction was going off my address instead of the actual authorized users address. Would use a location with more up to date vehicles. And less hoops to jump though. Usually they take your id when pulling the rental car but that portion was done after and caused even more delay in doing the things needed to get done.
