Truck wouldn't start at location. I called it in and specifically asked for a NEW battery because I didn't want to be stranded again. A guy came and jumped it and said it should be fine Well, next morning, wouldn't start again. I am really frustrated now since I asked for new battery and also had 2 men waiting to start loading. We could not load where we were at. So, now its cost me $150 and hour and they are standing around on the clock. When I had talked to uhaul on the phone and asked for a free day because of the delays, I noticed an extra day put on there immediately, which I thank them very much for doing this. I am a die hard UHAUL person and had never run into this issue ever but I also think they should have compensated me for the loss of money with the 2 men I had hired. Will I ever use ihaul in the future, Hell yes..
