Maybe clean the truck if a cleaning fee is imposed. The location was closed when I arrived which was 1pm and their hours said 2pm. I was outside frustrated and overheating because of such poor verification process. When then after I could have uploaded my passport for verification, but no of course the app had to keep logging me out and the agent verifying me was MIA. Figured sending a chat to the agent if I could do anything else would help. Nope, no response, until an hour later once I’m almost home from such a frustrating situation that I gave up waiting around. I get a call that they couldn’t reach my person which I’m pretty sure a simple chat back to tell me, would have prompted me to call them myself to have them ready. It was one thing after another renting this truck out made two trips to pick it up for no good reason.

The truck was dirty and had ants. I was charged for the SadeMove and opted out of that. But Preston was nice
Andrea Mhad issues getting keys- no keys in lock boxes. wasted thirty minutes waiting and on the phone with support- had to open the return keys box to acquire the key i needed. terrible customer service on their part. and to top it off- i paid for a dolly- not provided :)
