great staff help me every step of the way
TRAVIS CThis was my first time to rent a Uhaul van and it was really stressful. The staff was not well trained and has minimal knowledge of the processes which made me spend over 2 hours trying to rent a truck. Even though it was later resolved, it was really frustrating and exhausting.

The first location didn’t have the truck I reserved, and the second had a lock with the wrong code. Altogether, it took me three hours from start to finish to actually get the truck. While the final location was helpful, the overall experience was time-consuming and inconvenient.”
