I was scammed out of an extra $20 by the convenience store where I rented the truck from because they charged me for three rental periods and lied on the contract to show that I returned the truck past the due time. The customer service agent on live chat did not completely address my concerns and ended the chat irresponsibly and unprofessionally.

ANTHONY FU-Haul billing terrible charging me more than twice against some mileage that was not even on the vehivi used and even after repeated requests the bill and refunds have not been looked into, needs to be taken to a court to settle the wrong bill.
