In the email sent, perhaps make it MORE clear that IF I want to use the app for pickup and NOT have to go to the counter… explain how I will obtain the key for the truck. Being a first time app-renter it wasn’t clear what the process is. Imo.

Great customer service, 2nd rental and will rent here again
RAMON RMike was very helpful in getting my U-Haul prepared as we dealt with some reservation issues and the U-Haul website crashing. He worked hard to solve the problem and made sure I was prioritized. I would also highly recommend trying a Caribbean patty while you're there.
