The new employees do not know how to take of customers that have been renting a van every week for about 4 years. They're customer service is very poor and also the manager (Jesse) doesn't seem to get treat customer right. I was being charged for 2 rental periods instead of 1 and he said its my fault for not asking what they were charging for.

Have package options where we can rent by the hour and not by the mile or pay a flat fee for unlimited miles I would have liked to make two trips but couldn't afford it because of the mileage so I had to leave sone of my belongings behind in the move

I made a wrong decision of renting a pick up truck instead of the truck that is all enclosed and when my son showed up to help me drive the truck he said the enclosed truck was a better choice for the same price and when we brought it to the U-Haul attendant he did not bother to check the computer to see the availability, he just said none were available. This is a weekday not the weekend. He just looked he did not wanted to be bother.

I had reserved a truck days before and even paide it before hand. The day of the rental pickup, I was late 30-40 min late. They had given up my truck 17'. I specifically rent a 17' fro a reason. The attendant told me the big truck (26') WTH. Although I still got a truck, it was an inconvenience truck that monster. If I had reserved and paid for this 17' truck in advance why give it away? Do you see whats going on in the airline industry? If I dint get there on time, tis on me right? less time for me to use it. SMH.

Reserving over the phone was fast, easy and she was knowledgeable and accommodating. Equipment was not ready and available at the reserved time. Waited about 10 minutes for the truck to arrive at the location. Overall service was great.

Left side mirror wouldn't stay put! Left side mirror is so impt, especially when driving in the fwy! You must ADD another step to get in & out of the trucks! I fell out of the truck bc the truck was very high and didn't have another step?

Took to much time at the counter but Antony was fast enough to help me. It would be nice if the staff doesn't make us to wait longer to pick up the truck. They should see the queue and serve faster. Apart from that they are good.

Went after hours. Easy to drop off. I left the blankets in the vechile locked instead of in the back. Should put a sign somewhere to let customers know what to do with your valuable items after hours so they aren't stolen.

While I was in line waiting for my truck the manager and a customer were arguing about his service and it felt like the manager was basically calling him a liar and was belittling the customer the customer looked mad but didn't say anything I work in retail and know customer service is everything the manager needs to step back and realize without customers you have no job
