This was my first time renting a trailer so i was not sure how to hook the trailer up. The uhaul employee did it for me and was very nice and even explained how to remove the ball from the hitch. This was an awesome first experience for me!

The location is convenient. Truck was clean but seemed like the brakes needed to be serviced, pedal went way down before truck stopped. I would recommend for the convenient location and hours of operation. But I would not recommend because it took me AN HOUR to get a truck that I had reserved days prior. Highly consider implement a new check out system, like having adequate support staff during "RUSH" hours. For example weekends during the first few hours after of operation. It defeats the purpose of attempting to get an early start to what normally results as a long day of moving from point A to point B. Thank you, hope this feedback help improve the experience of every customer that walks through your doors.

The sale woman was rude gave me major attitude rolled her eyes at me through her bosses business card at me an treated me like shit. Huffing and puffing at me and to top it off put the trailer on and almost killed me when it popped off. I am thinking about taking legal action.

it seem like an eternity just to rent a vehicle here. the customer sevice was very poor. and the employee looked un-happy working there. they were frustrated with there PC was very slow. Not a good service.

I misplaced paper work that shows gas amout so i can refill it and replace same amout when returned. When i found paperwork i realized i put an extra 1/4 tank of gas (approx $30). Service person said to bad. It seems to me they could EASILY calculate and credit me for extra gas i put in. But they didn't . Because of that i give them a BAD BAD RATING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
