Over charged me. Upgraded to a truck last minute and told me it was only going to be $10 more, not $20. Charged me for an extra day when I didn’t have the truck for a full day. Charged me for gas when I filled up the truck before I turned it in.

I had problem with this place from the start .. horrible service , understaffed , not to mention I left my wallet in Truck over night , they called and told me it wasn’t there , and I disagreed with them , he raised his voice at me , than called back and told me it was accidentally thrown out which I strongly believe is a lie because it’s a very large rose gold wristlet , you cant miss it !! It was heavy as well .. I honestly think he thought twice or the employee thought twice about it and decided not to go through with taking it !!

I was extremely disappointed this time around with my rental as I did not get what I reserved. I originally reserved a cargo trailer and was not notified until the day I was picking up (at the location) that it wasn't available. The Rep Valerie Calderon who contacted me to confirm my reservation should have notified me in advance, or anybody in the office should have, this was absolutely poor customer service. I had to settle for a trailer as it was a last minute and could not go around looking for what I needed. This was definitely poor Customer Service!

I rented a truck and it was stolen from in front of our house. They found the truck later that day, Everything was taken. A 20 foot truck filled with the life my wife and I made together. GONE! Items such as original art and things from my father in Law who just passed away. We choose the “RECOMMENDED” insurance for the truck. Shame on us for not reading or being informed that we needed to obtain separate insurance for our belongings. In love that the fact that the recommended insurance only covers your trucks! Even if the truck was broken into and stolen. The insurance adjuster gave us a very cold shoulder when we reported the incident. With the amount of U-Haul trucks that have been stolen, we will never rent another truck or use any of their services. In one day 4 completely separate trucks were stolen in a similar manner. You should have a disclaimer that your trucks will more than likely get stolen and all of your valuables taken....Yes..we did lock the truck and have the “recommended” lock to protect our valuables. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you have to offer different types of insurance policies. I am so happy that I paid for insurance that will help you get your money back. Thanks!

Include a ramp and/or offer to have one rented. Apparently the truck I rented did not include a ramp (although it did have a ramp hook up), and was not informed, therefore making it difficult to put large items e.g. refrigerator etc into the truck. When I called to inquire, I was told that particular rental truck (not a pick-up truck ) did not include a ramp and I would have to get the next larger truck if i needed a ramp. If told before hand, I would have rented the upgrade so to speak.

Everything is excellent but you might need more people to work in that location though. When we went there the line was long and I noticed the frown faces of the other customers because they have to wait for us. Maybe because it's a Sunday too! Above all, our experienced in this Uhaul location was wonderful!

I told the employee no insurance he charged me an additional $8.00 and said the computer had a glitch and he would not charge me when I returned the equipment. I returned the equipment after closing and I was still charged. It is not worth my time going back and waiting another 30 minutes for service I make more than $16 per hour. Customer service is poor as always, but we go back because we don’t want to store a trailer space is money.

The gentleman that work there wanted to keep my credit card overnight for the deposit we had the truck for 2 days and they kept charging me for deposits on the truck they gave me one of Mount and charge me another need to call the bank to fix it
