For self serve you should add signage to indicate the steps for this option. I arrived and was greeted by a staff member who attended me and directed me to the vehicle. Without his assistance, the self service would have taken longer to understand the process and locate the vehicle.

Dropped off after hours and did not know What to do with vehicle, I was not informed that no one would be there just told see you at 9pm. It was very frustrating so I called store n them was told to just leave vehicle there n drop keys in box . First time dropping off late, would recommend this be told before leaving store with vehicle.

upon returning vehicle I was really confused as to what to do such as where to leave or who to talk too, I wasn't told any of these things by representative only see you tonight, so when I got there seeing no one was there I did not know what to do so I called the store office on contract . it would've made it a lil more at ease had I been told when returning vehicle no body would be there and some simple step instructions as what to do and also directed to hand contract which explains this also. very unpleasant experience . overall thank you for the rental

Friendly and helpful customer service. The van smelled like cigarettes. I wish they would have s policy of no smoking in the units. In addition, the fuel tank is not full which can lead to the customer adding more fuel upon return of the unit.

This is the closest location to me (I'm in Whittier) this location has the worst wait time ever... Everytime I come to this location I have to wait 15-20 mins to get my reservation pulled. Knowing that this location is a busy one why is there only 1 employee running that location. It is a totally mood kill when all I want is to go in and out and it's not possible. Please hire more stuff at this location...

The new employees do not know how to take of customers that have been renting a van every week for about 4 years. They're customer service is very poor and also the manager (Jesse) doesn't seem to get treat customer right. I was being charged for 2 rental periods instead of 1 and he said its my fault for not asking what they were charging for.
