No improvement, you guys are always on top of things! I always go to Uhaul for all my needs. The young lady (Amanda)? I think that was her name, I'm terrible on names...but she was outstanding on taking care of all my needs. Two thumbs up for that young lady... she's caring & very professional. As we drove up, she's outside cleaning out a truck, n the cold wind!!!
