The pick up location was at a dimly lit residence in Pinehurst that was extremely difficult to find. The lock box was not easy to find and both boxes were empty. Finally found the keys in the truck. The truck was on empty with the gas light on! I was overcharged and still left over half a tank of gas in the truck. I will never use UHaul again or recommend anyone use UHaul either!
