Ray FThis was a private home out in the country. It is not a business. There was no one home when I dropped the truck off at 10 am in the morning. Was told just to leave the truck and keys and to go on line and check the truck in. I tried that but did not have enough phone signal out in the country so left and simply had to hope the owner checked it in.

Marcus CGave me a damage u-haul and then it damaged my car. Later after returning it, the manager told me that I “was a lie” even though I have a picture of the damaged tow dolly. Luckily the individuals in IL helped me get it sorted. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude owner and unprofessional.
