The convent store was gross. No welcoming or any indication that you can pick up or drop off Uhaul. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. He didn’t greet us, when I said we were there to pick up a truck he got on his cell phone…. Put someone on speaker and said “talk” as he shoved the phone in my face. He didn’t ask if I had any equipments needs, I had to ask for my items. Just overall extremely unprofessional compared to the Uhaul store on 66th street that we usually us

We were over charged in mileage, there was no where to input or submit photos for the start of the trip. Instead it logged whatever mileage I suppose was in the system prior to the start of the rental. It was not a small overage either we were charged for 35 miles when we only drive 13 total, that is double the actual use for a four hour total rental. The man at the counter would only hand out keys and say "everything is in the app". This is a huge issue with the app only service as the return is so thorough they should have the same procedure for accepting the truck as returning if it is not a Uhaul company site.
Melissa FThe uhaul equipment/kiosk was inside a gas station. The cashier didn’t speak much English and had me speaking to another person on his phone about the reservation. I waited over 20 minutes for them to check in a uhaul that came in probably last night. My reservation was set for 11AM and I didn’t leave until half an hour later. I’ve never had an issue when i’ve rented uhauls in the past.
Elizabeth LTruck was dirty les than a quarter tank of gas. Individual wouldnt inspect truck or provide receipt upon return. Told I should recieve something in 20 to 30 min around 2pm and didnt recieve until after 5pm.
