Do not rent from this store. They will charge you a cleaning fee for no reason at all. Thankfully, I was able to get my refund by calling customer support. No justification from the store manager.

We cleaned the truck and still got charged with a cleaning charge.
Scott EWorst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Lying- truck not at location. Held me up for hours then tried to charge for extra mileage caused by truck being further away and drop off further away then agreed upon with Uhaul agent. Very unprofessional and cost me $$$ because movers were paid waiting at my house for the truck. Employees at 66 street and 40 th ave location were great. Not so much at 58th and 62 nd ave location. Shameful and unprofessional
