Worst experience ever. I will never use Uhaul again. Lying- truck not at location. Held me up for hours then tried to charge for extra mileage caused by truck being further away and drop off further away then agreed upon with Uhaul agent. Very unprofessional and cost me $$$ because movers were paid waiting at my house for the truck. Employees at 66 street and 40 th ave location were great. Not so much at 58th and 62 nd ave location. Shameful and unprofessional

lue rThey only have two trucks at this location and the large truck has been badly maintained. I took it two miles and had to turn around and take it back and swap it out for a smaller U-Haul that had no ramps. It was on a half a tank of gas when I swapped it out and I replaced the gas and they still charged me $32 for gas. The phone number to this location is also disconnected so don't think you are going to communicate with them once you pick up your vehicle.
