I reserved a 20’ at least a week in advance, to be told I don’t have a truck ready. I had to drive 30 extra minutes to pick up a 26’ truck instead, which was stressful for my primary driver since it was so big. There’s no reason to have reservations if you’re not going to have a truck ready.
Savannah EThere is no internet signal necessary to complete the check in to get the truck. It took 2 hours of standing outside in the heat for it to finally work. The guy at the counter inside wasn't helpful at all. Didn't have the dollies I'd requested or anything. Never going back here. Ever.
Alyncia Rmy truck was there when I went to pick it up however all of the equipment I was supposed to have was not in the truck or on the premises, it was not a big deal as my father-in-law had hand trucks for us to use. just a quick phone call and I got a refund for the equipment that was supposed to be in the truck. The location has a poor cell signal, so using the phone to pick up took a minute. I ended up needing an extra day and was able to call right in and get it added on. super friendly customer service.
Hunter GHeroin needles on the ground in the middle of nowhere with no U-Haul signs not very encouraging and then it took two days to find out that they turned it in.
