VERY VERY HELPFUL AND CURIOUS ASSISTANCE IN OVERCOMING DELAYS IN OUR RETURN OF UHAUL VAN WHICH TOOK A LOT OF STRESS OFF A TROUBLING EXPERIENCE NOT CAUSED BY UHAUL IN ANY WAY BUT AS A TEAM WE MINIMIZED ANY STRESS THAT MAY HAVE COME FROM THE THIRD PARTY WHO FAILED TO HAVE THE MERCHANDISED PROMISED WHEN WE ARRIVED WITH THE UHAUL VAN., THANK YOU FOR HIRING THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD EVEN WHEN YOU ARE TOTALLY UNAWARE OF THEIR EXCELLENT EFFORTS TO MAKE YOU SHINE.
IKE RThe extra equipment that I had reserved (dolly) was not in the vehicle at pickup resulting in my having to make an extra trip to the rental location the following day to pick up the equipment. Which resulted in me adding additional miles to my trip that I had to pay for. It is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion that I had to pay extra for the rental location’s mistake.
DENISE MWe had some difficulty with finding which code to use. The app for uploading photos of the truck did not work for us. The bed of the truck was dirtier than other U-Haul trucks we have rented. The truck drove well. It was easy to find in the lot.
