Darcy at Elmer’s Storage was incredibly kind, understanding, helpful and professional in providing me with a one-way moving truck when another location across town let me down despite having made a reservation nearly a week in advance and also being contacted by U-haul the day prior to assure my one-way would be there for pick up. Elmer’s Storage is a local business that cares and next time I would chose them as my rental location over a gas station / convenience store location which might be fine for in-town or a couple hour’s rental - but risky for counting on things to go smoothly if you’re doing a multi-day, one-way, catching a ferry, etc.

It was a breeze working with the attended on Bonson road not the person on the app. Who seemed confused with our location. But everything worked a little longer but like I said the attendant on Bronson was great. Followed the app at drop of worked well for a 71 year old.
