I was charged an extra $35 and not given a reason as to why. I was handed a receipt that was ripped in half and not shown the charge . I was charged the fee to rent..then after I had left was charged an extra $35 ..I even put more fuel in than what I received the van with . Very unhappy with this outcome

JUNIOR IThe address in the email led me 30 minutes away from the drop off and they charged me a late fee due to that. it also reeked of cigarettes and there was a cigarette on the dashboard. there was also a slice of onion with mayonnaise on the floor
