Every time I reserve a truck I get a call in the morning telling me I have to drive somewhere else because they don't have what I needed at my original place I picked to pick up. It's super frustrating. Not fair you get away with it and plus give attitude when calling.Colin J.

The lady who helped me was very helpful and went above and beyond. Helped me connect the trailer. Seemed to be running the whole operation herself and was doing a very good job. Train your employees. The one guy there was very rude and unprofessional. I could tell from the moment I walked in that he didn't want to be bother, unfortunately for him he was the only associate in the store at the time. He hardly spoke to me. He started by asking for my last name ONLY, he then went into the system for well over 10 mins doing lord knows what. He asked for my ID, then he went into the system some more. A girl walked in without her mask, and started to chime in, as the guy seemed very confused. He had asked me how far I was traveling in mileage, to which I responded â€œ4.1 miles from this location, maybe even less from my location to my destination.â€ He continued on in the system. Never confirming my replies or letting me know that I'm being heard. Then he said â€œwhat!? No this can't be right..how is it coming up as so much?â€ He spoke quietly to himself, whilst the girl came over to help him. They both stared at the screen trying to figure out why the pricing was so high as I only had a short distance to travel. I asked them â€œwhat's the first name on that account?â€ She replied â€œValerieâ€ I said â€œNo, I'm Eâ€”â€” Williams.â€ The guy said slickly â€œoh wow she never even told me that.â€ At that moment I wanted to snatch my ID card back and leave. How dare him! â€œI never told him my first name!!â€ It's YOUR job to cover all basis, buddy. He hardly wanted to be bothered with me. He asked me questions to which I gave him answers. He NEVER confirmed my first name with me. He literally selected any random ol Williams he saw there in the system. I mean c'mon first rule in customer service the customer is ALWAYS right. How dare he say I failed to do something as if it were my job to do so? How dare he scuff at me and make me feel shamed. He had my ID in his hand the least he could've done was glance at the name on the card to verify the information he found in the system. Instead he half assed his job and scolded me for his mishaps. I had been there for 30+ minutes as the guy had to re-enter all of my information once more. I had already explained to him that I was in a hurry, I had arrived to uhaul 20 mins early so that I could get back in time for the movers to arrive. This guy chewed up so much of my time and had no remorse in doing so. He even moved slower after me asking if I could come back to wrap everything up. He struggled to find the key that was assigned to me. So the girl who knew I was in a rush, told him to give me another and that they'll just switch it out in the system. He opened the door walked with me just enough to say â€œon the right hand side lane Fâ€ that was it. I went into the truck removed the sign from the window, as no one had done so and struggled to get the key to turn in the ignition. I kept trying on my own, I didn't want to have to speak to that man ever again. But unfortunately I had to go back inside and ask for help. Instead of the man coming to help me, he told me to push down on the pedals and try that. So I did just that, still no luck. I went back again, and begged him to come and give it a try he scuffed and whispered under his breath â€œpeople have been driving the truck all day and haven't had any issues..â€ as to say that I was the problem. Yet again scolding the paying customer. He was able to get the key to turn on the first try, so of course I looked ridiculous. But I swear I struggled each and every time I had to turn the truck on. Something wasn't quite right. I'm disgusted with this location and it's staff. Totally unprofessional. This was my first uhaul experience and I'm sure I'd never deal with this company ever again. Uhaul do better please, train your employees, hire individuals who actually like working with people.ENAIA W.

The reason for the low rating is the truck was very unsafe and unstable I pointed some of the problems to the agent that rented me the unit, the reply was the unit is old. As I left the yard with the unit it got worst as in the steering was very hard to turn the engine was making noise and lot more I can mention, I felt this unit was very unsafe I return the unit the n St morning and spoke to a gentleman after explaining to him his reply the unit is old. My reply was does that say you Can rent a unsafe unit. He got very upset with his words. There is more of can say but I will stop here. Note not to mention I was unable to used this unit for my move which I Rented it for.SETH B.
My entire experience with this location was positive. John who handled my call to reserve the uHaul was very helpful and knowledgeable and the two ladies that handled my checkout and the returner phenomenal. Especially the lady that assisted me when I returned the vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and made my return completely easy!KAREN H.

First of all why is there 1 less question for this location where I picked up versus the drop off. Because the personnel at this location were both incredibly unhelpful. I was here at this location for almost 2 hours. Then they tried To charge me for things I already paid for. They wouldn't let me take the truck that I had the number for to pick up .. they all had no idea what they were doing. I then had to go all the way back an hour or 2 later to get the truck unlocked because they forgot... and the truck had napkins and crumbs in it. I was also way smaller than I though it would be.. this was my first uhaul experience and most likely my last. I'll call and dispute this transaction when I can.Elizabeth S.
