I Rencently dropped off my uhaul twice after hours and was charged a service fee. After dropping off the uhaul I went to your link sent, shared my location and thought I closed out the ticket. I want my refund or I will be disputing my CC bill. Figure this out, immediately! It shouldn't be that hard to see I logged in using my contract number. I shouldnt have to chase this down. $40 refund or I'll dispute within 5 business days. Thank you

Was very difficult to rent the Ready-To-Go plastic boxes, had to order online and order didn't go through, sent in circles many times. Make it so that we can order/reserve these IN STORE! Thanks.

The online app is very bad and it took me around an hour to login my info and get my truck ufff which Delayed my process and I lost a chance to pick up one of my stuff and I have BOOKED a Dollie for my transport and I got charged for it but when I OPENED the truck I have THERE IS NO DOLLIE IN IT ???? , this wasted the purpose of taking the truck from You wasting my time and also I lost the Offer to pick up some stuff which got sold off today .. I had a very bad experience and I request a refund on the same :@

The car hauler trailer I rented seemed like the brakes were dragging the entire time adding load to my tow vehicle. I waited outside for someone to hook me up and after about 10 minutes sitting in the hot sun, I went back inside and asked for someone to come out. The gentleman who hooked up my trailer did not even check the trailer lights when hooked up, I asked and a nice lady employee helped me with that. Before I left, I asked what time they opened and was told 7:00 . I arrived the next day at 8:30 am and very nice man identified as Nestor told me where to park vehicle. He told me they did not open until 900 on Sunday but he would handle it ok. He inspected trailer and I left. Later that day around 4:00 pm I received a voice mail from female employee at same location saying U-Haul needed a status update of when I would return the trailer. Strange as I already returned it more than 6 hours prior. I called location back (took 3 call attempts through recorded messages to get someone on phone) and the employee said it was my responsibility to notify them previously. Odd, because I did just that when dropped off the trailer several hours before end of reservation to be called later. Perhaps they were too busy -but everything was a little off target.

The truck originally assigned was blocked in and had to be swapped for another one. The auto transport carrier was not found on the premises and had to be swapped. The problem this caused was going back in the line to have amended contract paperwork. The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable.

The trailer that I needed had to be returned to the original pickup location which would have made a 200 mile drive 50 miles each way, this caused me to have to rent a larger trailer for the entire day. I only needed it for few hours. Please review my pickup and drop-off times

The truck I rented is pretty old and has lot of vibrations. Drive was not comfortable. This truck is not good for longer distances.



Check the trucks gears on a regular. During the middle of the moving, the truck stopped going into reverse gear. We had to return it back.

I learned that some 20’ trucks have locks equipped and some do not. If locks are standard on 20’ trucks, please ensure they all have them.

Front office staff is always way understaffed. For a place this large, going there on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday is a nightmare. Sometimes only 2 front office personnel are at the counter. Why bother making a reservation if I have to wait in line sometimes 30-45 minutes? Regardless additional front office staff is needed. Everything else about this facility is great.
