Several issues. Asked for a call before getting charged. Have gotten no call and gotten charged triple what i was supposed to. Employee didnt care and told me to call corporate. HORRIBLE!

Left tire had only 5lbs pressure when I got it home from picking it up. The tire lost about 10lbs per day after filling to 30.had to refill twice.

Great customer service, the man that helped us behind the counter was friendly and accurate in his dealings. We appreciate honesty and transparency in business, and we will be back to support this location alone. We had an extremely negative experience at the location in Dallas, TX on Greenville avenue, and so we decided to come to this location because we were moving to Plano at the time. The man that helped us here at the location on K Avenue (just south of Parker Rd) seriously saved your business as a whole, Uhaul, because we were about to write off this company as a whole due to the subpar & atrocious customer service that we received at the Dallas location. Thank you - I wish I could remember his name, but be seemed like an owner or something due to the amount of tact and professionalism that he displayed.

It was clean but didn't want to start half the time. Plus I was over charged. Was charged for 2 days and 2 insurances. I took the truck back that same day a little after 7 and put key in the drop box. I need a refund for one day..

Being a regular costumer of U-Haul for years, I see the rest of the world improve functions for efficiency. However, the last several times I've rented equipment from U-Haul, I've noticed nearly every time I rent, there is something that slows the process, making the experience frustrating. Ordering online is tedious, awkward, and ALWAYS fails. I've used the web page and the app. After setting a rental up online, I arrive at the store and the clerk has to cancel and redo the rental on site. I've had the web page approve a towing vehicle, then arrive at the store to be told the “system” declined the vehicle. The store starts the reservation over, and the towing vehicle is again accepted. I've been given a reservation online, and at the store the reserved equipment was not there. This has happenEd multiple times, to the point that I'm being pushed to your competitors.

Horrible man. Wouldn't let me upgrade to larger vehicle! Was very rude to me saying I should have calculated better! Also reserved a utility dolly when I got there he told me the one there was for someone else! You'd be crazy to use that location. Or to use U-Haul at all for that matter

They don't answer their phones or return calls and keep you wondering if you return is going to be checked in. Had to call the pickup location for help and Margo was a great help!

I reserved the truck online. When I went to pick it up, the cost was more than last Saturday. It was because I didn't choose drop off at the same location. I didn't see the option on the website. The website needs to be more clear.

They rented me a 10 ft box van that had a bad tire pressure sensor. The sensor came on after driving about 5 miles. I stopped and put air in the tire. Drove another 3 miles and it came back on. I called the location and the guy that rented the truck said, "'Oh Yeah" that truck has that problem, just ignore it. I had $5000.00 worth sound equipment on the truck and had to get on the highway and be at a birthday party. The sensor came on again and the check engine light came on as well. I have never had this issue renting a uhaul before. It cost me time and almost caused me to miss the contracted job I had. The guy did not apologize, he said if you are upset....just contact uhaul.

I especially recommend the guy who helped us (I can't remember his name!!!) but he is at the 2170 K ave by the Texaco station. He is THE BEST customer service representative. U-haul is lucky. We will rent from their again when we need a truck.

It's in a rundown part of town, and homeless people were sleeping outside. There is also a ditch full of shopping baskets, and old furniture right next to it. It isn't a safe place for someone to go alone at night.
