GERARDO TTrailer exterior was not looking the greatest but worked well as expected
SHAWN CThe truck A/C was not blowing cool or cold air. I believe I was overcharged for mileage driven. Apple maps indicated the round trip should have been 90 miles. I was charged for 105 miles which resulted in an additional charge of $25.00 for the rental. I admit I did not verify the beginning mileage as I was on a tight timeline make a pickup and was more concerned about any damage that I might have been blamed for. I was in a rush to get on the road after completing a walk around of the vehicle and finding no issues. The truck was clean and mechanically everything except the air conditioning was in good working order.
