Nothing. The folks at the Rentlok location are great!
WILLIAM MI arrived to pick up the trailer and nobody was there. Had to call then was told he couldn’t pick it up to attach it to my hitch. Luckily there was another uhaul rental place within a couple miles that was very helpful. I was in and out in 15 mins. This particular place should be closed down. Worst experience ever!
RHONDA HFirst location I went to they had no room to drop trailer off at. The second location was combo storage units and U-Haul rentals. Where I dropped trailer off I thought I was going to get stuck in the mud but I didn’t .
