david sPaved driveways and trailer dollys so employees and customers need not pick up dual axel trailers by hand. The Naples location had clear drop off and pickup zones and their employees had equipment to attach and detach trailers which made it much more convenient but the staff here were very efficient and helpful so i was satisfied. 10/10 staff but the entry way was extremely bumpy and the staff were required to much more manual labor compared to their counterparts down south. That said if it means any price hikes, leave it alone because the best part about working with uhaul is your affordable trailers. The staff at this location were much more efficient despite their circumstances.
