Turn in was directed onto a grass/dirt field. Under heavy rain or repeatedly wet conditions this could make turn-in incredibly messy.
John WEverything was fine with location. The UHAUL app was the huge problem. If you are going to have an app that does so much stuff, you should make sure it can handle everything and doesnt crash constantly. The app got stuck on one of the prompts and after waiting 20 minutes I just had to leave with the truck. Got to my home and then could finally finish the pick up process. All while threatening me that if it wasnt done, you wouldnt be liable, but I couldnt do anything due your inept app.
