The trailers at this location do not have tongue jacks. We had to send someone to this location (30 mins away) with a floor jack to hook up the trailer to the tow vehicle. The location did not have the necessary supplies (light adapters, jacks) or the personnel to assist in hooking up the trailer

Great Job no problem
ERIC GFirst this was not the location for my rental. My location was supposed to be in Zephyrhills that was more close to me. Second I rented a 10 foot trailer but what you have available it was a 15 foot. At the end I took what you had available but also I have to pay more.

GEORGE EI received a text from the area manager saying I didn’t return the trailer and that my account was still open. I sent him pictures showing where I returned the trailer the night before at 8:30pm as discussed with the rental store. He was very pleasant to deal with but this was about 18 hours after I dropped off the trailer. Thankfully I took pictures.
