I filled out everything online for the reservation, and then had to do it again in person, even though the individual was able to pull up the reservation. Why ask for the information online if it doesn't auto-fill the contract at the pick up point?

TONY PTruck was not there when I went to pick it up and had to return later. Truck was half full of fuel and dirty. The people here don’t care one way or another.
