Not the location, but U-Haul is too lazy to determine mobile pickup vs store pickup. I had to wait in line when I selected mobile pickup and the location opened at 9am, so by the time I got the truck at 9:20 that cut into my two hour reservation time. U-Haul made me call to check in so they should probably invest in correcting their online reservation process.
Carly KI explained to the employee that equipment won’t work and declined it however I was charged any ways for it.
